Sub-processors

To provide and operate WarpSite, we engage trusted third-party service providers, known as sub-processors, that may process personal data on our behalf. This page is the current, authoritative list of those sub-processors. It is referenced by and incorporated into our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

WarpSite is a self-hosted, white-label platform that marketing agencies use to build, host, and manage websites for their own end clients. Delivering that service depends on a small set of carefully selected infrastructure and technology providers. We engage each sub-processor only for the specific purpose described below, and we require each one to provide a level of data protection consistent with our obligations to our customers.

Each provider listed is located in the United States. We review our sub-processors periodically to confirm they continue to meet our security and privacy standards.

The following third parties are the sub-processors we currently engage to provide WarpSite:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): static site hosting, content delivery network, and object storage.
• Railway Corp. (United States): application hosting and the PostgreSQL database.
• Google LLC (United States): website analytics.
• Anthropic PBC (United States): AI-assisted generation features.

We may add or replace sub-processors as our service evolves. When we make a material change to this list, we will provide notice in advance so that affected customers have an opportunity to review it. Customers may object to our use of a new sub-processor in accordance with the terms set out in our DPA. If you have a reasonable, good-faith objection related to data protection, please let us know at [email protected] and we will work with you to address it as described in the DPA.
