Who this Policy applies to
WarpSite is a self-hosted, white-label client-site platform used by marketing agencies to build, host, and manage websites for their own end clients. This Policy applies to:
- The agency that holds a WarpSite account, and everyone the agency authorizes to access that account.
- Every end-client website the agency builds, publishes, or hosts on the platform, including all pages, media, code, embeds, and other content placed on those sites.
- All visitors and end users who interact with those websites through features provided by WarpSite.
The agency is responsible for the content and conduct on every website it operates through WarpSite, including the websites it builds and hosts for its own clients. The agency is responsible for ensuring that its clients and any third parties who supply content comply with this Policy. A violation by an agency's client, or by a third party acting through the agency's account, is treated as a violation by the agency.
Prohibited content
You may not use WarpSite, and you may not allow any website you operate through WarpSite to be used, to create, store, host, publish, distribute, link to, or transmit any of the following:
- Illegal content. Content that is unlawful under any applicable law, or that promotes, facilitates, or provides instructions for illegal activity.
- Infringing content. Content that infringes or misappropriates another party's intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or rights of publicity, or that violates another party's privacy or contractual rights.
- Malware and harmful code. Viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, or any other malicious or harmful code, and content designed to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data.
- Phishing and credential theft. Phishing pages, fraudulent login forms, spoofed brands, or any content designed to deceive users into disclosing credentials, payment details, or other sensitive information.
- Deceptive or fraudulent content. Scams, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, fake offers, counterfeit goods, false or misleading claims, and any content intended to defraud or mislead.
- Harassment and hate. Content that harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence against any person or group, or that promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
- Sexually explicit content. Sexually explicit or pornographic content where its publication or distribution is prohibited by law or by our Terms of Service.
- Content harmful to minors. Any content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors. We report child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities and preserve related records as required by law.
Prohibited conduct
You may not engage in, and you may not permit any website or user operating through your account to engage in, the following activities:
- Spam and unsolicited messaging. Sending spam, unsolicited bulk or commercial messages, or operating mailing lists, link schemes, or messaging systems in violation of anti-spam laws or recipient consent requirements.
- Security violations. Attempting to breach, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of WarpSite, its infrastructure, or any system or network, or attempting to access any account, data, or resource you are not authorized to access. Circumventing authentication, access controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions is prohibited.
- Service disruption. Interfering with, disrupting, overloading, or attempting to disable the platform or any related systems, including through denial-of-service activity or the introduction of harmful code.

- Reselling in violation of the Terms. Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to WarpSite except as expressly permitted by the Terms of Service.
Enforcement
WarpSite has no obligation to monitor any content or activity on the platform, but we reserve the right to do so and to act on violations of this Policy. We may take any of the following actions, with or without notice, at our discretion:
- Investigate suspected violations and request information from you about the content or conduct at issue.
- Remove, disable access to, or refuse to publish content that we believe violates this Policy or applicable law.
- Throttle, suspend, or terminate access to all or part of the platform, including an agency account or one or more end-client websites.
- Preserve records and cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, and other authorities, and respond to lawful requests and legal process.
We will generally try to give notice and an opportunity to address a problem where it is reasonable to do so. We may act immediately and without prior notice where we believe there is a risk of harm, legal exposure, a security threat, or material disruption to the platform or other users. Action we take against your account does not relieve you of responsibility for the underlying violation, and we are not liable for any loss resulting from action taken in good faith under this Policy.
Reporting violations
If you believe content or activity on a website hosted by WarpSite violates this Policy, please report it so we can review it. To report abuse, including spam, malware, phishing, fraud, harassment, or other prohibited content or conduct, use our abuse report page. To report copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, follow the process on our DMCA page. The more detail you provide, including the specific URL and a description of the issue, the faster we can act.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our platform, our practices, or the law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of WarpSite after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Policy.
