Last updated: June 11, 2026
This page explains how to report abusive, illegal, harmful, or policy-violating content hosted on a site built with WarpSite, as well as how to report abuse of the WarpSite platform itself. We take reports seriously and review every submission we receive. Please read the sections below so your report reaches us with the information we need to act on it quickly.
What you can report
WarpSite is a platform that agencies use to build, host, and manage websites for their own clients. That means most of the content you encounter on a WarpSite-built site was created by an agency or its client, not by WarpSite directly. Even so, we want to hear about content or activity that is abusive, illegal, harmful, or in violation of our policies, including:
- Content that appears to be illegal, fraudulent, or used for a scam or phishing.
- Malware, deceptive downloads, or links intended to compromise visitors.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that targets or endangers a person or group.
- Content that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
- Spam, deceptive advertising, or other content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Abuse of the WarpSite platform itself, such as attempts to bypass security controls, overload our systems, or misuse our services.
If you are not sure whether something qualifies, report it anyway and let us assess it.
What to include in your report
The more detail you give us, the faster we can investigate. When you contact us, please include the following where you can:
- The URL or domain. The exact web address of the page, file, or site involved. A direct link helps us find the content before it changes or is removed.
- A description of the issue. A clear explanation of what is wrong, what you saw, and why you believe it is abusive, illegal, harmful, or against our policies. Screenshots or other supporting detail are welcome.
- The relevant policy, if known. If you can point to the specific rule the content appears to break, such as a provision of our Acceptable Use Policy, please tell us. This is helpful but not required.
- Your contact details. A name and an email address where we can reach you if we need to confirm details or follow up. You may ask us to keep your identity confidential, and we will do our best to honor that request, subject to legal requirements.
Copyright and intellectual property complaints
If your report concerns copyright infringement, such as content that copies your work without permission, please do not use this general abuse channel. Instead, follow our dedicated notice-and-takedown process, which sets out the specific information a copyright complaint must contain and how to reach our designated agent. See our DMCA Policy to submit a copyright notice.
Privacy and personal data requests
If your concern relates to privacy, the handling of personal information, or a request to access, correct, or delete data, those matters are covered separately. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we and the agencies using WarpSite collect, how it is used, and how to make a privacy or data request. Because the agency that operates a given site is often the party responsible for the data on it, the Privacy Policy also describes when you should contact the site operator directly.
What happens after you report
Once we receive your report, we review it against our policies and applicable law. Depending on what we find, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Contact the agency or site operator responsible for the content and ask them to address the issue.
- Request additional information from you or from the site operator.
- Remove or disable access to the content in question.
- Suspend or terminate access to the site or account, in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.
The action we take depends on the nature and severity of the issue. Some reports are resolved quickly; others require investigation or coordination with the agency that operates the site.
Our response approach
We aim to acknowledge and review reports promptly, and we prioritize matters that involve immediate safety risks or clearly illegal content. Submitting a report does not guarantee that we will take a particular action, and we evaluate each report on its own facts.
For privacy, security, and legal reasons, we may not be able to share the outcome of an investigation with you, and we may be limited in what we can disclose about another party's account or content. We appreciate your understanding. Reporting an issue to us does not replace contacting law enforcement where a situation involves an emergency or a crime in progress.
How to reach us
To submit an abuse report, email us at [email protected] with the details described above. You can also reach us by mail at Andrew Lee Jenkins LLC, 8401 Mayland Dr #10872, Richmond, VA 23294, United States. Please use the DMCA Policy for copyright complaints and the Privacy Policy for privacy and data requests, as those processes are handled separately.
