Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how WarpSite uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our marketing website. It describes what these technologies are, the categories we use, why we use them, and how you can control them. Last updated: June 11, 2026.

What this policy covers

This Cookie Policy applies only to the WarpSite marketing website, the site you are reading now. WarpSite is a self-hosted, white-label platform that agencies use to build, host, and manage websites for their own clients. The websites that agencies publish using our platform are separate from this marketing site.

Any cookies or similar technologies set on a website that an agency builds and publishes for its end clients are the responsibility of that agency and the operator of that website. They are governed by that website's own cookie and privacy notices, not by this policy. If you have a question about cookies on a specific client website, please contact the agency or business that operates it.

What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device when you visit it. Cookies let a site remember information about your visit, such as keeping you signed in or measuring how the site is used. Cookies can be set by the site you are visiting (first-party cookies) or by a third-party service the site relies on (third-party cookies).

Cookies may last only for the length of your browsing session (session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser) or for a set period of time (persistent cookies, which remain until they expire or you delete them).

This policy also covers similar technologies that perform comparable functions, such as local storage, pixels, and software development kits. For simplicity, we refer to all of these as cookies throughout this policy.

Categories of cookies we use

We group the cookies on our marketing site into two categories.

  • Strictly necessary cookies. These are required for the site and platform to function. They include session and authentication cookies that keep you signed in while you use the platform, and security cookies that help protect against fraud and abuse and keep your session safe. Because the site cannot operate properly without these cookies, they are always active and cannot be turned off through a consent control. You can still block them in your browser, but parts of the site may stop working.
  • Analytics and performance cookies. These help us understand how visitors find and use our site so we can improve it. They tell us, in aggregate, which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and how people move through the site. The information is used in a combined, statistical form and is not used to identify you personally.

Specific cookies and examples

The following examples illustrate the main cookies you may encounter on our site.

  • Session and authentication cookie. When you log in to the WarpSite platform, we set a session cookie so the platform can recognize you as you move between pages and keep your account secure. This is a strictly necessary cookie.
  • Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC, to collect aggregate usage statistics about our marketing site. Google Analytics sets cookies that help us measure traffic and understand how our site is used. This is an analytics and performance cookie.

Third-party analytics

Our analytics are provided by Google LLC through Google Analytics. Google may process the data collected through these cookies on our behalf and in accordance with its own policies. You can learn how Google handles this information by reading the Google Privacy Policy.

If you do not want Google Analytics to be used during your visits, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, which prevents Google Analytics from collecting data across the sites you visit. You can also block or delete analytics cookies using your browser settings, as described below.

How we handle consent

Strictly necessary cookies are used to deliver the site and the platform you have asked to use, so they are set without a separate opt-in. For analytics and performance cookies, where consent is required by the law that applies to you, we will ask for your agreement before those cookies are set, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your browser settings or using the Google opt-out described above. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew it.

How to manage or disable cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you see which cookies are stored, delete them individually or all at once, and block cookies from some or all sites. The steps differ by browser, so check the help section of the browser you use for instructions. Browser makers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge publish guidance.

Please note that blocking or deleting cookies has consequences. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you may not be able to log in or use the WarpSite platform, and some pages may not work as intended. If you block analytics cookies, the site will still function, but we will not be able to measure your visit.

Relationship to our Privacy Policy

This Cookie Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains in more detail what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights you may have. For a current list of the third-party providers we rely on, including our analytics provider, see our Sub-processors page. Where this policy and the Privacy Policy address the same topic, they are intended to be consistent.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal or operational reasons. When we make a material change, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically so you stay informed about how we use cookies.
